Which browsers does IVy Incidents support?

IVy Incidents has been tested on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Chromium.

What are the minimum workstation requirements?

Workstations should have multicore processors with minimum of 4GB of memory. The operating system can be any version as long as it can run one of the supported bowsers.

Do I need to have administrator rights to access IVy Incidents?

No. you can access IVy Incidents directly from your browser and you do not need administrator rights to your computer.

Do I need to install any software on my workstation?

No. IVy Incidents does not currently use 3rd party add ons or other software that may need installation.

What is the Internet connection speed required?

You need to have a high speed Internet connection unless you are hosting IVy Incidents on your own server and do not make it accessible via the Internet. Any high speed Internet connection such as DSL, Cable or 4G will be capable to provide enough bandwidth to use IVy Incidents.

Does IVy Incidents support mobile devices?

Devices such as Microsoft Surface Pro are supported but we currently only support iPads and smart phones for specific features.

Can personnel use IVy Incidents in the field:

Yes. A laptop or tablet with a 4G connection, hotspot access or WiFi is able to access and use all features of IVy Incidents.
