Contacting Support

We encourage you to log a case with our support department. If this is an urgent issue, please call (800)-489-1792 and select the support option.

Before you contact support, please note the following:

  • IVy Link Systems does not reset user passwords. If you need your password reset, or if your account is disabled, you will need to contact your manager or system administrator.
  • IVy Link Systems supports users that have been trained on the IVy Incidents software. If you are not trained, please contact your corporate trainer.
  • Please follow these guidelines when you classify your support ticket's urgency level:
    • CRITICAL - An issue preventing users from accessing all or time critical functions of IVy Incidents or an issue where IVy Incidents is producing unexpected results that prevent users from entering or getting useful information from the system.
    • IMPORTANT - An issue that is preventing users to get the information that is expected but does not impact your organization's operations.
    • NORMAL - An issue where the users are having to take additional steps in order to continue working or an issue that impacts a non time critical function of the system.
  • Please provide as much information as possible about the steps to reproduce the issue. If we cannot reproduce the issue, it will delay the time to resolution.
  • If you are currently going through the training and implementation process, please contact your trainer with any questions or concerns.
