Pricing and Requirements

At IVy Link Systems, we understand that using IVy Incidents as a secure paperless reporting system can force you to create a large amount of users that can be unpredictable depending on the size and policies of your organization. For that reason, we do not license the software per user but per site. For a low monthly fee, we include unlimited users, unlimited support cases and free upgrades as they become available. This pricing model allows our application to grow along with your operation while you never have to worry about extra fees and uncontrollable bills. We do not charge a fee for training during deployment and configuration. Training is web based performed in a "train the trainer" model so we aim to train the people that will train the rest of your organization. Having said that, you should keep in mind that using IVy Incidents is simple and easy to learn while our support team is always willing to help your users. Furthermore, you will have access to a training database where new users can login and make any changes they want while training without changing the production database.

Other than the site licensing fee, you should consider the following deployment options we offer to decide what is the most cost effective option for your organization.

Deployment options

Option 1: IVy Link Systems will host IVy Incidents for you.

We offer competitive monthly hosting prices where we will deploy and maintain all hardware and software needed for the deployment of IVy Incidents. You will not be required to provide any hardware or software and the maintenance of the system is included in the site licensing fee. We use reliable state of the art dedicated servers from reputable providers which exceed the recommended system requirements of IVy Incidents. With this option, all you will need to have is the end user computers/devices at your site.

Option 2: Hosting IVy Incidents at your organization.

If you have the resources such as an IT department or IT consulting services and you have the infrastructure to place a server (virtual or physical) in your server room, you can host the IVy Incidents system at your own facility. This option ensures that your cost is lowered significantly because you do not have to pay monthly hosting fees.
For this option, you will need a multicore server running Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition or later, and Microsoft SQL Server 2014 R2 or later. An SSL certificare will have to be installed. A backup solution will be needed to ensure that your data can be recovered in case of a hardware or operating system failure. While we do not provide support for your hardware and third party software, we will be there working with your IT department every step of the way to help and ensure a successful deployment.
