Finding records and documents in IVy Incidents is easy and fast

IVy Incidents provides several ways to find dispatch records, incident reports, people profiles and other records that are saved in the database. In most cases, there is a "find" function that allows you to search using a case number or a name. In the main view window of these functions, you can filter what you view by time frame and by unread documents, who they were distributed to or view the released for distribution or all distributed documents.

An advanced search feature is also provided for finding dispatch records, incident reports and other records where you can search for anything that might be in one of those documents. The results appear in a grid from which you can view the actual documents. The advanced search also allows you to set the time frame for which you want to search the database. For example you can search for all cases with category of incident "Assaults" from 1/1/2013 to 1/1/2014. You can also set conditions such as looking for a word that appears at the beginning or middle of a field.
