    Advanced User Access

With our advanced user access management, you can now create and assign roles to users in order to allow them to access only the information they need to have. There are hundreds of user access permissions which you can bundle in roles and assign to users so you can customize user access in great detail. Users such as department managers can be given the rights to create their own users and they can only assign permissions up to the level of access they have themselves. This way, every department can be responsible for giving access to their own personnel. Yet, if you choose, you can have a single person that can create users.

Much more than a web app

Our aim is to provide all the benefits of a web based hosted application that works on multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux and Mac without the need of installation to the end user's device while it has the feel and usability of a native application.
Functions open in tabs inside the main workspace pane to allow users to have multiple functions open inside the application and move between them effortlessly. For example while a user has a report open for viewing or editing, they can open any other function of the application without closing the report they are working on.
All application forms adopt to the size of the screen and the user does not need to scroll down on a page to view or enter information. Large icons and buttons are used instead of shortcuts throughout the application to provide easy access to functions while the user interface is adaptive, customizeable and automatically adjusts to high zoom levels so you can work in comfort.
IVy Incidents is created with attention to detail resulting in a highly intuitive user interface that is easy to learn even for employees that have minimum computer experience while the system is robust and secure comforming to FERPA and HIPAA rules.

Some features described in this webside may be in QA testing phase and will be available soon.
